my favorite aunt Lisa
The perfect day would be totally awesome, because I would be in the happiest mood!

   CRUSH OF YOUR LIFE!
On the perfect day, I think you crush you have been crushing on for a long time would ask you out on at  date. I think this because its my biggest dream to have my crush ask me on a date! If you are my friend you know who my crush is. but if he did ask me out, I would hope it to be to a theme park because I love to go there!

    NEW PHONE!!
Getting a new phone is my goal! I plan on getting the iPhone 4, for graduation! I have had the same dumb phone for about 2 years now!

     NAILS!!
I think it is very important for a girl to get her nails done, it shows she takes care of herself. Obviously, I totally believe the perfect day would be me getting my fingers and my toes done![x

  LAS VEGAS!!
As some of you might know, my family in California is only, my mom, my dad, my little brother, and myself. My grandma Raenee and Grandpa Tracy, live in Vegas. It kills me everyday that i cant see them. It would mean the world to me if I could see them!

Me and Caitlyn Anderson
   FAMILY!!
My family is the only thing I have in this world besides my friends. The best day wouldn't be the best day with out them! they maybe a pain in the neck but they're all I've got! I love hanging out with them, they are so much fun, and oh so funny!

So all in all, the perfect day would be: me getting asked out by the crush of my life, getting a new phone, then getting my nails done, going to Vegas, and hanging out with the best people in the world, my family!(:

The Perfect....

To me there is no such thing as perfect because everything and I mean EVERYTHING have flaws. Even the tiniest of things, like an ant, is not perfect. It might be strong but not perfect.

You might think I am weird that I don`t think anything can be perfect. But I do believe you can make somethings feel like they are perfect. For example the perfect first day of spring should have:

The First Daffodil of Spring:
This will kink of remind us that Mother Nature is a great being. And of course that Spring is here. Its time to get down on your knees and make your garden bloom. Spring only comes once a year and that first flower just makes it more beautiful.

There are other things that can be perfect too. Like a warm Summer day. For me a perfect war Summer day should have:

A hammock:
I love hammocks. Especially, ones that are tied to Palm trees. Lying in a hammock is just the thing you need on a warm sunny day.

A Good Book:
I would love to have a good book while I relax in that hammock. Good books are just what you need to add a little spice to your day. Books brighten up anything and they NEVER go out of style.

A Cold Glass of Lemonade:
I have a book and I am lying on my hammock reading my book and adding a nice cold glass of lemonade would be the perfect thing to tie it all up.

Somethings can seem perfect when they are not, like what if..... Well I will leave that up to you if you want to imangine something that can ruin days like that, you can. But rigth now I just don`t feel like messing up this ``perfect`` post.

The Perfect Cupcake

I love cupcakes so much!:} There cute and can be decorated so pretty! This is my perfect cupcake. ;]
The Bread
The cupcake needs to be moist not dry! I hate a dry cupcake cause it gets stuck in your throat so make sure to have milk. The bread itself should be dark chocolate and have cherries and bacon inside. I love bacon.
The Frosting
Cream Cheese frosting is my favorite! I'm not a big fan of a lot of sweet frosting so, there shouldn't be to much I don't want the cupcake to be all frosting and no cake. It's fun to have a pretty swirly design on top so I would want one of thoughs.
The Toppings
For the toppings I want a cherry in the middle and chopped bacon covered in dark chocolate.

Remember you need the perfect bite so I make sure to eat everything on and in the cupcake. Have fun eating it an be happy. Invite friends, cupcake party! Just kidding;] That's my perfect cupcake!

My perfect day!

By: virtualphotographystudio

I love days when you can stay home and do what you want to do. Not go to school or do homework. If I could have a perfect day it would
consist of:

~Sleeping in
I love to sleep. So a good nights sleep would be going to bed around 10:00 and waking up around 11-12 o'clock. I love to sleep any chance I get.

~A good breakfast
I don't like most cereals, so a good breakfast would be an English muffin with an egg in it. And some fruit like Strawberries (my favorite!) Pineapple, oranges or mangoes.

~Watching my favorite shows
I don't watch too much TV but when I do I like to watch: 19 Kids and Counting, Cake Boss, Ridiculousness, Rob Dyrdek's Fanstasty Factory, My Super Sweet 16, American Idol, Fear Factor, The Sing Off, Survivor, The Bachelor, and so much more. But I don't like to watch that Jersey Shore crap.

~Doing something active
Sports usually are not my thing, but I love to surf during the summer. In winter I love to snowboard and ski. My favorite sports are baseball, tennis, golf, and football. On weekends I like to take hikes in Claremont and La Verne.

~Seeing my family
I have a huge family! Some of them I haven't even met. My dad's side of the family is my favorite family to be with. My grandma has the best cooking! I love her food. She can make anything! My cousins ages range from 32-10 months. I love my aunts, uncles, and cousins. We always have a fun time with all of them. When we are all together there is never a dull or quite moment.

~Having a good dinner
Dinner is my favorite meal of the day. To make a good ending on a great day I love to have a yummy dinner. My perfect dinner consists of Tacos, with rice, beans, and for desert, Flan! This is one of my favorite meals my mom and I can make.

~Listening to my iPod
Music is beautiful. Right before I'm about to go to bed I listen to my iPod. You could find a whole bunch of artists and songs on my iPod from Pop to Country to Jazz to 80's music. This helps me become more tired before I go to bed.

~Reading my favorite bible story before bed
I always read my bible before bed. This helps me have good dreams and fall asleep faster. Some of my favorite stories in the bible are Joseph and the colorful coat, Jacob and Esau, Jesus' Resurrection, Jesus' rise from the dead.

If my day consists of these things it will be a perfect day!

Sears at the Montclair Plaza

Sears in the Montclair Plaza

Have you ever been to Sears in the Montclair Plaza?? I have, and I can tell you one thing … it is a DISASTER!!!

My mom works at Sears and she’s always talking about the sales and how they have a lot of clearance and thing like that. We also go shopping there which is a plus because she gets a discount, and she buys my sisters shoes there which is also another plus, but there’s something that I hate about Sears. It’s so cluttered!!!!!

When I shop at Sears I go to the juniors section and they have nice clothes with brands like Bongo, but they also have a lot of racks that are on clearance. That’s also a plus, but those racks are unorganized!! There is about one hundred thing on ONE rack! Shirts and pants are all over the ground!! No one cleans it up either!! Maybe once in a while I will see about two girls cleaning up the mess, but other than that NOTHING.

Besides everything being so cluttered, everything is expensive!! One shirt costs about $14.00. I know nothing is cheap nowadays, but really? Whenever I find a nice shirt I like, I show my mom and she says it’s too expensive.

My mom also buys shoes for my little sister at Sears, but I don’t know how she finds shoes everything is mixed up! If you looking for a pair of sandals you’ll find them in the sneakers section. Really? None of the workers will bother to organize the shoes??

If you do buy something, when you go up to pay the cashier doesn’t even pay attention to you. All they basically do is tell you how much it is, and hand you the receipt. Other than that they will talk to the cashier next to them. Well, this is just my experience with the cahiers.

Sears at the Montclair Plaza is not the Sears I would recommend for you to go. Almost everything is unorganized and cluttered and no good service.

Solvang California Review

Solvang California is the cutest little Dutch town! Solvang was founded in in 1911. It’s past the business of Los Angelus. I have only been there once but I’m going back again. I travel a lot around California and this is a place to see. There always have different festivals and shows to see.

There are so many stores! Jewelry, dress, antique, book, toy, perfume even sewing stores. I haven't even named half of them. You can have a lot of fun shopping there.:] The food is great, I loved there Pancakes at a restaurant called Paula's Pancakes and I don't like breakfast so I was really happy that I did here. If you don't feel like breakfast I really liked The Mustard Seed Cafe they have amazing open face sandwiches.

Besides food and shopping Solvang has great history. They have the Santa Ines mission has been there since 1804. It's beautiful once you walk outside in the courtyard you see huge green rolling hills it's gorgeous. Another piece of history in Solvang is the Elverhoj Museum of history and art, it shows the history of Solvang and the house. The museum is an old house that was owned by a artistic family that showed there designs throughout the house. It was really cool and interesting.

There is only a few cons I could say. It does get crowded. The dutch town is pretty small. There is not to many places to stay. The worst part is that everything closes at around 6 o'clock I was like What!?! and I eat pretty late so it was hard to find a place to eat dinner. All in all it's really nice I could walk around for hours even if it's small and the history is really interesting. I would recommend to coming here. Here's the site for Solvang.

Tokyo Kitchen

Tokyo Kitchen. This place has got to be one of the most entertaining, family oriented, places. It’s so beautiful. When you walk in, the air has a nice breeze to it, has calm music, and they even have a little bar for the adults. When you order your food it’s not like regular places where you have to wait for them to finish cooking, they actually cook your food right in front of you!

It’s actually entertaining because they throw a few tricks here and there. The one on Mountain though is really the one to go to best restaurant I’ve been to yet. If you order the rice, the person cooking for you will shape it into a heart and tell you a corny pick-up line like, “your eyes make my heart skip a beat,” and then he will make it look like the heart is pumping.

Also, when there are left over onions they will make it into a volcano and pour some type of sauce in it. When this sauce mixes with the grill, fire blows out of it as if the volcano was erupting. Although there’s also that trick that every cook tries to do when you throw the food in the air from your pan and expecting it to fall back in. I’m not saying this happens all the time but at times their tricks fail.

Since this place is so amazing, it tends to get really crowded. When this occurs if you have extra seats in your section, you unfortunately have to share your space with another family or group of people. As a result of having so many people in the restaurant it tends to get very hot because all the cooks are cooking on their boiling hot grills that all he humidity circles the place even with the ceiling fans on.

With all this commotion and pressure, the cooks get sort of nervous because other sections are watching them to and this is very rare but the food burns and they have to cook it again. Even though there’s a few cons to this place there food is phenomenal!

There steak is cooked exactly how you want it and the shrimp is just simply delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who hasn’t been here before, it’s worth checking out. I guarantee it’ll be a place you bring your relatives and friends back to.

Facebook is a website that is sort of addicting for some people. I like Facebook I think it is good for some people to use it, but I find it weird when people post exactly what they are doing even if what they post is very, very inappropriate.

I like Facebook because you can communicate with people when your phone gets taken away without your parents knowing unless they take your computer too. It really sucks when that happens.

I made my grandma a Facebook account and I think she might be addicted somehow it’s so exciting to her. She doesn’t really understand it but she will sit there and read everything that is on the page, and then she thinks that she has to go read all her friends pages too. When I try to take my computer from her before she is finished she freaks out and starts yelling at me.

So I don’t really think Facebook is the best thing for old people, it makes them go crazy. Facebook can be bad if you have a stalker and you post where you are or sometimes even when you’re using Facebook on your phone they can find your location. Some people put their phone number with their information and I think that’s a little dumb because someone can use that number to track you down. Other than ways to be stalked or being a stalker Facebook is kind of cool.

Epcot...The Most Unusual But Creative Theme Park

Since a lot of people in California don`t know what and where Epcot is I wanted to do this review about the best place in the world!

So all you people in California think `Oh we have Hollywood. Oh we have Disney Land`. Well have you ever thought about visiting the World of Theme Parks in Florida, Orlando?! I don`t think so, because when I move to California, on my first day of school a girl asked me where I was from and I told her, Florida and guess what she said? `Is Florida in the U.S.?` What kind of question is that?! But anyway I am not here to yell about how crazy people are in California, I am here to tell you about Epcot!

Epcot was built to show what the future was going to be like. What the future games were going to be like. And what the future space museums were going to be like. But the unusual part of Epcot is that half of it totally doesn`t match its purpose. The first half is the space museum and the second half is a World Showcase!

The first half was pretty cool but I really liked the second half with the countries. The World Showcase starts off with the Mayan Temples of Mexico. The stage is set with a starry night sky and a grand fiesta is about to happen. Take a boat ride with Donald Duck and his Nephews in to a Mexican world. It is the most beautiful sight to see.

Next up, is Norway, China, and Germany. Norway has a Viking Voyage lasting five minutes. China has beautiful store with all sorts of stuff from the real China. It has fabric and these little Chinese dolls and all sorts of other stuff. Germany is kind of small but it has a HUGE collection of chocolates!

After that is Italy and next to Italy is the Great United States. Italy had a huge statue of Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea, a.k.a Percy Jackson`s father. And the United States was created to look like we were back in the 1800`s.

Then came Japan. My favorite! Japan was kind of like China because it had a store and a lot of Japanese stuff in it. The big difference was that they had a whole section of Hello Kitty and Pokemon stuff. Yep that's right Hello Kitty. Personally I am not a big fan of Hello Kitty but I know most girls in my school will go crazy over that stuff.

I think Epcot is a really great place to visit because you get to see all the different cultures of the world and eat their food. And experience the ``future``. Learn what its like to feel the past a live the future. Epcot is a great educational and fun for everyone theme park. If I could take everyone I knew to Epcot, I would. Epcot is the best place I have ever been to. If you ever plan to visit Florida and decide to visit Disney World, I would recommend you go and see Epcot.

Made to Be Together By Trey Songz

Trey Songz YUMMY!

The song “Made to be Together” by Trey Songz, is a great song to listen to. The song is about a guy that is in love with this girl and he does her wrong, so she does what any smart girl would do and leaves him. He then realizes that he can’t get any better. Honestly, the song is a sad, brake up, and want to get back together song. It’s one of his greatest songs! He puts his whole heart into this song for his girl; you can tell he does just by the way he sings it.

This song is very good to dedicate to someone, listen to when you’re missing someone you truly love(d). And now a days, guys have no heart, so when a guy makes a song letting a girl know he knows he messed up huge time, shows at least ONE guy actually cares!

The bad thing about this song is that it will get stuck in your head! But, it also will remind you of your past relationships, break ups, and times you cried over someone for hours, not realizing that if they left you, its their loss not yours. Trey also tries to get a little too high on his vocals, but it’s still a great song!

I love this song so much ‘cause I’ve had my heart broken way to many times, for a kid my age! I always see my friends get their heart broken all the time over stupid guys who have no idea of what they just lost!

This song connects to me so well because, I had a guy who I dated and he played me from the very beginning, but I still stayed with him (‘cause I’m a dumb girl looking for “love”). Finally, I left him because I couldn't take all the crap he pulled with me. After I left him, he started begging me to get back with him, like he was a pathetic little boy.

But, all in all, “Made to Be Together” by Trey Songz is a perfectly good song!

Sea Port Village Review

Sea Port Village is a a little shopping center that specialize in shirts, pets, and so much more. You can walk around the little village as long as you want and you could never get bored. By the talented street artist that do magic tricks,t here are little stands that sell jewelry, or by just looking at the beautiful view of the ocean right on Sea Port Village. Sea Port Village lies right next to Downtown San Diego which is only a short walk away.
It’s buzzing with excitement filled with people and right in the middle is a gorgeous fountain. You are able to see so many signs of wildlife by the seagulls flocking around or the ducks right in the middle of the little pond in Sea Port Village. If you are lucky you might be able to see seals or go on the seal tour starting in Sea Port Village. There is a park right on the near the water to fly your kites because there is a good breeze.
Now I have to say one of my favorite attractions is the restaurants my all time favorite is the Sea Port Grill. It’s a restaurant right on the water and I’m being serious it’s built on the water and every time I go there is always a little seagull that lets me feed him. It has the best sea food I recommend the calamari.:] If you want to go to somewhere more fancy I would go to the Harbor Grill.
My favorite store In Sea Port Village Is Pet Hideaway a pet store that lets you bring your pets in. I got this frame for my dog that say" I'm a spoiled rotten rescue." I loved it and they gave me a free treat for my dog with it and I now it's for dogs but It actually looked good.
I only have a free cons because I love this place but, I need to be honest. Its hard to get parking so I recommend going early. It's on the small side. It does get crowded later in the day. Overall I love it if you guys ever go to San Diego make sure to go to Sea Port Village. Here's the link to the website.

My favorite verses.

I just love some bible verses. So I wanted to share them with you! :)

"We love Him because He first loved us." 1 John 4:9-10

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
Deuteronomy 31:6

But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. "Do not fear what they fear ; do not be frightened."
1 Peter 3:14

say to those with fearful hearts, "Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you." Isaiah 35:4

"The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song. The LORD is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one. Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd and carry them forever."
Psalm 28:7-9

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

"The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies. The cords of death entangled me; the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me. The cords of the grave coiled around me; the snares of death confronted me. In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears." Psalm 18:2-6

"Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called." 1 Timothy 6:12

My favorite book of the bible is Psalms and Revelation. I like Revelation because it reminds you that the world is bad and that the Lord will be back to take all the believers with him to a better place.

Review Of Insidious.

Photo from: ME

If you have never seen the movie Insidious maybe you should sit down and watch it with you friends and family. "Insidious is a story of a family that moves into an old house and begins to suspect they are under siege from otherworldly forces when their young son inexplicably falls into a deep coma. As devoted parents Josh and Renai struggle in vain to uncover the root cause of their son's condition, the stress of the situation gradually begins to take its toll on their once-strong relationship. Later, when darkness falls and specters appear to reach out for them from the shadows, the frightened parents realize they're dealing with powers beyond human comprehension." (The Rotten Tomato Blog)

I would consider Insidious a great movie. But others may think critically about it. Insidious was scary, entreating, nerve wrecking, and put together very well. I loved how you didn't know what was going to happen next. I was very into it the whole time. Time passed by really fast while I was watching it.

Now for the negatives:

~Had some cheesy parts.

~Cussed too much.

~The ending was too abrupt. I wanted to know more.

~ Was too dark throughout thee whole movie.

~Had some parts that didn't make much sense.

Over all this was an excellent movie but had some downsides to it. I would consider this movie for you to watch. It got 4/5 stars. So if you want a scary, edge of your seat movie watch Insidious.

December 12th 2012

Every year there is a day when all the numbers in the date are the same, like last years it was November 11 2011. 11 11 11! Crazy right? Well I guess not. But the year is the last 12 12 12 of the century! Just think. The say 12 12 12 is not going to come around for another century and when it does you will be dead! Some other person will be saying, `Hey it`s December 12 2112`.

I guess it doesn`t sound this cool but to me it really does because it shows you have lived for a whole decade and 2 years! Its pretty amazing because some people don`t even live that long. So I guess what I am trying to say is celebrate life.

Don`t be like one of those people who say, `My life sucks..boo hoo hoo!`. But instead say, `You`ve got one shot at it.` God let you live long enough because he knew that you were going to do something special. An for those poor babies who got called up too early, God just couldn`t live without you.

So don`t cry about how bad your life, instead focus on the good things.

I am strong because I am weak
I am beautiful becuase I know my Flaws
I am a lover because I am a fighter
I am fearless because I have been afraid
I am wise because I have been foolish
...and I can Laugh because I have known sadness

I'm Sorry

Link
We all feel like the world is crashing down on us one day or another, but, my life is full of regret.

I want to say sorry to everyone I've done wrong to, people I have done something to bother them. I'm sorry.

But most of all, I want to say sorry to my mom and dad, I have lied to their faces, talked back, not listen to them, and even hurt them.

There is nothing in the world I wanna take back more then what I've done to them. But I can't, I've lost my families trust and I can't blame anyone but myself.

I know some people who don't care about their parents, but I love mine with all my heart and soul.

If I could do anything to get their trust back, I'd do it, no matter what it was.

I'm crying as I'm typing this because it brakes my heart to know what I've put my parents through. I know some of you reading this are thinking 'well it's your fault' and yes it is my fault and I'll admit that any day of the week!

I'm not asking for their forgiveness, but I want them to know how I feel, ya know?

My family has always been there for me through everything, and all I do is be a bad kid.

I love my family so much, and to know I've disappointed them really hurts. )":

                                         I'M SORRY

Friday, March 9, 2012

I believe in people. I think that people can do much more than they think they can. Some people just give up because they think it's too hard or because they don't think they'll do a good enough job. It's better to try than to do nothing though don't you think? People sometimes don't do things because they find one little thing that is complicated about it and totally give up. It's kid of dumb but that is what some people do: I do that sometimes because I get all upset over that one thing. Many people set a very low bar for their work so they don't upset themselves and don't have to try so hard to do what they are trying to convince themselves is their best, even though they know they can do better. So I think people should really try their best at everything they do.

Ghosts .

What do I actually believe in? Although people may argue this, i believe in the existence of ghosts. I believe that some souls don't automatically go into rest. There's always something that's keeping there spirit here on this Earth. I watch a lot of "A Haunting" and things like that so its seems pretty real to me. Iv'e had a couple of personal experiences myself. Every house iv'e lived in has had some type of non-human actions occurring. For example, when I was home alone fro about an hour or so, I felt something pull my hair. I sort of ignored it but then i started to hear like the shower turn on when it was off and the rub was completely dry.

Kindness is the Way to Go

``Get out of my @#&% way,`` was something someone said to me when I was walking out of lunch yesterday. He pushed me out of his way and didn`t even say sorry! Sometimes people can be so rude an mean!

If I had one wish, it would be for everyone to become a nice person. I hate it when people are mean to me, but it really bothers me when some is making fun of someone I know or someone innocent. Its makes me want to go over there and punch them in the face. I know I sound like a mean person but I you know you will know the truth. I think people are forgetting the pleasures of being nice to others. I mean isn`t kindness about loving people more than they deserve!

I am not telling anyone to change or anything but just think about it. How would you feel is someone you really liked or cared about you came up to you one day and said ,`` I don`t want to be your friend anymore because so and so said this about you, plus you are ugly.`` How would you respond to that? Woun`t that make you feel like Hades just lost control over the Underworld?

So just for one day try to be nice to EVERYONE you meet because they might be fighting a battle you know nothing about. If someone does not smile at you, be generous and offer your own smile. Nobody needs a smile more than the one that cannot smile to others. So just for one day try to be nice to the people around you, even if you don`t like them.

Don't forget to be kind to strangers, for some who have done this have entertained angels without realizing it. - Hebrews 13:2

School

I believe that people should not be punished for stupid little things like talking in class or not getting their work done or maybe even, sleeping in class.

Kyle's Blog
People should be able to not have to do work outside of school (homework) because we have enough work at school to do! I mean you might as well, just have school 24/7 and 365 days a year!

Kids now a days have so much homework (bad teachers)  that they barely have time to enjoy childhood!

I know  not all people lifes were great, but think about the good times you had as a child, did it have anything to do with homework NOOOO!

Now, talking in class is a good thing because at least you know the kids are not social outcasts!

Sleeping in class should be allowed because these adults that "care about kids so much" talk about how we need sleep, well obviously if they are sleeping in class it means two things: 1, they don't get enough sleep at home and 2, they're getting the sleep now! (:

So just shut up, leave them alone and be their favorite teacher! (:

I Believe in.....

I believe in many things like: friendship, love, being loyal to your friends and family, Christianity, having a creator (not a the big bang) and the freedom of Speech and religion. All of these are very important to me. But the one that sticks out the most is friendship and being loyal to your friends and family.

If there wasn't a such thing of friendship I would be lost in life. Friends make you laugh and point out the things you should change in your life. (like the way you speak or wrong things you do.) Friendship is much more than a person you talk to. You should be able to talk about serious things with your friends or say your opinion without them thinking badly or judging you. If it weren't for friends I wouldn't enjoy my life as much as I do.

A friend is one who knows you and loves you just the same.
Elbert Hubbard
A true friend never gets in your way unless you happen to be going down.
Arnold H. Glasow
But friendship is precious, not only in the shade, but in the sunshine of life, and thanks to a benevolent arrangement the greater part of life is sunshine.
Thomas Jefferson
Friendship is a single soul dwelling in two bodies.

Kindness.. Is what I believe In

Why can't everyone be kind? That's a question I ask myself a lot. Everyone makes mistakes in this area but some people can just be plain old mean. If everyone spread just a little bit of kindness it would fix a lot of problems going around this earth.Just little things can make someones day. Just by saying thank you is an act of kindness like the picture says.
I always remember the saying treat people the way you would want to be treated. If you don't like the way someone treats you why do it to some one else? You're being hurt and someone else is too. Also just because you say it behind someone backs doesn't make it better. I hope people keep that in mind because a lot of people forget.
Being kind can also mean to stand up for someone. A lot of times we see something happen to someone and a lot of times no one will say anything. Why? I don't now why people do this it's not hard. If I don't say some kind words to that person I will defiantly regret not saying anything.
The definition for kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.Be friendly if you see someone alone go talk to them. Be generous if you some one in need of something don't be afraid to help them out. Be considerate look at that persons point of view and and see how that person would feel by the way you act. All good qualities to have.
Kindness is to me the best quality to have. It fixes problems and it makes someone smile and hopefully there day.:] Who could ask for more in a person? Kindness is something I really believe in and stand up for and I hope everyone else does to. If you want to read stories about spreading kindness click here.

Five Second Rule...Does It Work?

As you sit down with a bowl of chips in your hands, the bowl slips out of your hand and--oops! The bowl lands on the floor. Most of the chips are still in the bowl but some have fallen out but still they are intact. Do you A) pick up the fallen chips, dust them off and eat them or B) you throw them away and get some more from the bag in the kitchen (five feet away)?

If you picked B, congratulations! You have just save yourself from eating chips covered in THOUSANDS of germs! If you picked choice A, you might want to know why the ``five second rule`` is a BIG lie.

This crazy idea that food rescued from the floor would me germ free was discovered  by a high school student, Jillian Clarke, during her internship at the University of Illinois in 2003. She coated tiles in E. coil bacteria and then dropped the food on the tiles. She discovered that bacteria do jump on the food at five seconds. She also found that women are more likely to eat food fallen on the ground than men. And that sweet treats are more likely to be rescued and consumed than veggies.

It`s kind of obvious that you shouldn't`t eat from the floor because who knows what walked on those, tiles and carpets, last. Like they alwasy say, don`t believe everything you hear.
