Doris Becky Trujillo, a 60 year old woman (Gabriel's grandma) has had custody of Gabriel and his two sister's for the past year.
Gabriel was killed by: blunt force injuries to the head and neck, and the Adam's County Coroner's office has ruled his death a homicide.
People never payed attention to the signs he was being abused like in January this year Gabriel had a broken arm and bruises to his face and lip.
I honestly cant believe someone would beat a 4 year old little boy to death!

Ok That is just crazy....I mean what kind of Grandma would do that...I know that my grandma could be mean but she would NEVER do such a thing. This grandma should go to prison or worst for being her own grandchild
