Ziona Chana of Mizoram Indian has a huge family!!! He has 39 wives, 94 children, and 33 grandchildren. This man has set a record of having the biggest family in the world. But the weird thing is he lives with all of them. They all live in a 100 room, four story house. if you think living with your mom and dad is hard enough, try living with 167 family members! Ziona says that he is blessed to have such a large family.
The family all works together to clean and cook and get all the chores done in their house. One evening meal can see them pluck 30 chickens, peel 132lb of potatoes and boil up to 220lb of rice. One of his wives, Huntharnghanki, said the entire family gets along well. The family system is reportedly based on 'mutual love and respect.'
One of his sons stated that Mr Chana, whose grandfather also had many wives, marries the poor women from the village so he can look after them.
I think that is crazy to have such a big family. But i also think that it is wrong to have so many wives. You should be loyal to your one and only wife and not have more than one wife/husband.

ReplyDeleteTOO MANY PEOPLE!!!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!! That guy must be crazy to live with so many people. He must have A LOT of money to use on all of them for food and everything. Just think how many Christmas presents he has to buy every year. Good post!
