Propaganda Analysis

Description Of The Propaganda:
Red faced, chubby, large elongated nose. Star of David on chest (indecates Jewish). Standing above the globe, whipping a large caravan of people (men, women, and children). Looks fierce, andgry, almost like he`s enjoying it. Looks almost hell like.

Message:

The message of this picture is to show fear and anger. The whip shows that the Jews are oppresing the world and taking over it. He is beating mankind and it kind of also shows pity. The women and children are being whiped and the men are trying to protect them. Its hard to forget what the big fat Jewish guy is doing once you look at the picture.
Propaganda Technique #1:

Make it BIG. The jews are the ``whip`` of all mankind (opperessors). They are taking over the world. Its making it big because there are a lot of people being whiped.

Propaganda Technique #2:
Repetion is very common in these kind of posters. The big nose, dangeroud looking, the whole world is on danger, the devil in human form. Jews are taking over the world. Jews are trying to make the whole world just like them.

This picture really show how the jews are taking over the world.

Propaganda Analysis

 Description of the Propaganda
I saw this metaphoric picture of a Jew.  In this photo there was an octopus covering up the entire world.  It had the Star of David above its head so people would know that it was a "Jew".  It had a big nose and was ugly.  Since Jews are supposedly evil the octopus was squirting its blinding ink from its tentacles onto the people.
Message
The message of this picture was to give fear and make people afraid.  They did this by showing the octopus  blinding peopleThis picture is also supposed to show that Jews are taking over the world, even though they weren't.  This was showed by making the octopus cover the entire the world.  They really just wanted everybody to think that the Jews were dangerous.

Propaganda Technique 1: Make it Big
The picture shows this by placing the octopus around the whole world.  They make the octopus huge so it can show that it is big and evil.  It's showing that the "Jew" has control over everything and everyone.  Since the octopus is squirting its poisonous blinding ink it also shows that its going to blind the people.

Propaganda Technique 2: Make it Simple
The picture is simple basically anyone can understand it.  It is a yucky big-nosed octopus taking over the world.  People may not understand that the evil octopus actually symbolizes a Jew.

The picture is really just saying that Jews are evil and poison and that everyone should be frightened by them.  Anybody would believe something like that because of course, one Jew can take out the whole world.  I really don't know why anybody actually believed all of the crape they heard.  You can see the picture here.

Propaganda: Typhus Plamisty Poster

Description of the Propaganda
In this picture above is a skeleton and a big lice. The skeleton is a Jewish and you can tell by the intricate features. The skeleton itself has a large nose, if you look closely his cheek bones are chubby. He's missing teeth as well as an eye and has to long hairs on his side that most likely represent horns. His skeleton almost look likes he's smiling. Right in front of the skeleton is the a huge bug called lice, it has very long legs and a big body. The lice is the same size as the head or bigger. Printed in a bright yellow is the words Tyfus Plamisty. Tyfus is a fever that can very easily spread and is caused by harsh conditions.  The background is all black blending in with the lice. In the upper left corner is the words Zyozi Wszy. The bottom caption states, This Polish broadsided makes the outrageous , but then popular, claim that " Jews are lice; they cause typhus."  This is a huge lie, but I'm getting into a different form of propaganda.
Message
I think the message is that Jews are going to eventually hurt everyone. That like typhus, Jews are going to spread and they are going to get everyone. The picture is scary and I think the skeleton represents what is going to happen to you once the Jews(lice) spread. The skeleton also represents death. I think the missing eyeball represents the world and that your world is going to be gone(missing), because they have taken over.
Repetition #1
You see a lot of repeating in this picture. The skeleton has the big nose, chubby cheeks, and the two hairs(devil horns). The features are supposed to represent Jews, that's how people wanted them to be seen. The use of the devil horns is shown a lot, everyone wanted to make it seem as if the Jews were devils and were going to rule the world. The picture of the skeleton which represents death is shown throughout the pictures. The missing eyeball I think represents the world, and everyone keeps on saying Jews are going to take over the world.
Simple, Easy, Big #2
The message from this photo is simple. I understand that Jews are lice and will cause disease and will make people die. I think people would easily believe this, because it's not difficult to understand. The caption is straight to the point as well, " Jews are lice; they cause typhus." They really made it big by calling them lice, they are going eventually get to everyone is what they are trying to say.

Blue Contacts

My extra credit blog post is on colored contacts. They have any color you can think of: blue, green, hazel, brown, red, gray and so many more. I personally thought contacts were to much work and pointless. Like why cant you just wear glasses? As I got older I actually started to like them. Noone likes to be the dork with the geeky glasses, including me.
Ive always absolutely LOVED blue eyes! I can now "have" blue eyes with blue contacts. Anyone can replace their glasses with contacts. Of course you dont have to have needed glasses to wear contacts, you can wear them simply just to wear them. You can "accessorize" your eyes to complete your look.
However, contacts are a lot of work. You need to make sure you put them in wet and not dry. Its very risky to wear contacts, it may not seem like it but it is.You MUST take them off at night or their is a possibilty that when you wake up it will be like in the back of your eyeball, you can actually go blind because of that. Also they do not help your eyes as quickly as glasses do. Personally to me theyre just simply just decoration.

There are really sad things that happen in this world, today I was watching the News and I saw a women named Vanessa Clark whose child had died of suffocation.  After I heard that I was all interested so I kept watching and saw that she was sleeping next to him and realized he was not breathing.  They think he could have died of something called Sudden Infant Syndrome.  I saw that this was her second son and so I was wondering why the other son wasn’t asleep with them as well, and then they said that nearly three years ago her first child who was only one month at the time had died of suffocation too.  So this woman lost two children in around four years in a similar way.  She was charged with child endangerment for her first son’s death and for her second son’s death she was charged with child endangerment and has to face up to twenty years in prison.  You can read more about her here.

My Bucket List

A lot of people have something called a bucket list. A bucket list is a list of things you want to do before you kick the bucket (die). My mom, dad, and sister all had a bucket list so I decided to make one.

~Go skydiving
It has been a dream of mine to do something crazy and amazing in my lifetime. I've always wanted to go skydiving. Skydiving takes a lot of courage to do but it is worth it!

~Go to Paris and Hawaii

These places seem like a great vacation spot. In Paris you could see the Eiffel Tower and eat escargot which sounds gross but I would do it anyways. In Hawaii you could see the beautiful beaches and sunsets.

~Go on a missions trip
I have had friends and relatives go on mission trip to Uganda, El Salvador, Africa, and Romania they all said how amazing it was. So someday I want to go to Africa and help people there. We are so fortunate to have everything that we do so I wan't to try to make a difference somewhere int he world.

~Meet my family in England and France
I have a big family with a lot of people that I have not met before. I want to meet them so I can see their culture and places they live.

~Attend San Diego State College
College will be a really important time in my life. I would want to attend a good college. San Diego State is a great college. And a great party school! :D

~Adopt Kids
I love kids. It makes me sad when you see homeless kids on the streets or in TV shows. When I get older it is my goal to adopt a child who needs help. I would want a little boy and a little girl from places like Africa, Asia, or El Salvador. Children who are homeless put burdens on my heart so I would want to give them a good home and help them.

My Love for Tea

I decided to do my extra credit post on tea! I actually did not like tea when I was younger. I heard so many good things about different teas from my parents, I just decided I'm going to try tea again. I fell in love with it!

Every night before I go to bed I drink green tea. Green tea has so many health benefits! Green Tea can prevent cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and strokes. Green tea as well helps you get a better complexion and boost your metabolism. There is still a lot more health benefits from just one cup of Green Tea.

Green tea is not only a tea full of health benefits. I was lucky to find this wonderful store call Teavana. A store that is all about tea. I was going crazy trying all the different samples for so many types of teas. Some teas that I ended bringing home were Peach Momotaro Artisan Tea, Samuria Chai Mate Tea, and one of my favorites Green Tea. Peach Momotaro Artisan Tea is good in antioxidants, body detoxification, and supports healthy skin complexion, and it tastes really good too. Samuria Chai Mate Tea benefits, energy, vitamins, minerals, and supports appetite suppression.

Look at all the things tea can do for you!:D Tea is a great drink and is very healthy for you. I recommend it to everyone.

The Holocaust...Jews were Blamed for NO Reason

Way before Hitler came to power the Jewish group of people was already being blamed for thing they did not do. It started out a little like this and then turned in to the Holocaust.

Germany was going through hard economic time and people were losing jobs. A lot people were poor and living on streets. The Jewish however, held their jobs and were doing much better than most Germans. They had good jobs and enough money. So they were blamed for ``taking``   the Germans rightful jobs.

Another reason they were blamed was because of the Black Death. A time period in which a lot of Europeans were dying and nobody knew why. The Jewish on the other hand had better hygene and were less prone to get sick and were doing better than the rest. There were hate for Jews (anti-semitism) way before Hitler came to power.

Before Hitler came to power he was making speeches and getting people to follow his ideas. He was good at convincing people and making speeches. Of course in all of this Hitler needed a cause of the problem, the main source, and so the Jews were blamed.

Later when Hitler came to power he did what he had promised to do and started eliminating the Jews. He marked them with yellow stars, like the one shown above, to make the job easier. He started concentration camps and all these STUPID programs to kill Jews.

I think the Holocaust could have never happened and was a big blow out for nothing. Hitler could have blamed the government for the economic depression, not the Jews. He could have been remembered as the big hero than the big loser he is considered.
