BANNANAS

 

Do you like bananas? I dont really like bananas, but thats what monkeys eat, and a monkey is my favorite animal. So were going to talk about bananas.  
    Obviously bananas have a lot of potassium. Potassium is an essential ingredient to keep your heart and nervous system good. It also helps you keep a proper muscle contraction. If you just have one or two bananas a day you will already be going over your dailey dose of potassium, which is a good thing.
    Bananas contain tryptophan. Tryptophan is one of 20 amino acids which is a building block of protein. Tryptophan causes a soothing affect on the brain which makes you a little more calm. So if your stressed out then eat a banana, it doesn't help a whole lot but it helps you calm down. I think thats pretty interesting, even though i dont like bananas.
    Bananas are healthy for you, and lots of people like them. Which is really good that bananas are always available at the grocery store.
